Who said that running only means chasing the stopwatch? For Eleonora Gardelli, 2018 Italian marathon champion and Fidal technical instructor, running is a journey to discover one’s athletic and mental potential. Eleonora dedicated herself to athletics since childhood until, due to the work obligations of her career as a lawyer, she had to momentarily step away. Only a brief goodbye, because the heart commands not the heart. With a strong decision, like a true legend: Eleonora gives up her toga and decides to make her greatest passion a job. Since 2022 she has been totally dedicated to coaching amateur and high-level athletes, integrating strength, mobility, mental strategy and nutrition into her method of technical preparation.
